About Griffin

Griffin Major

Hi there! My name is Griffin, and I am a teacher, writer, and political consultant located in Walden, New York. I am committed to strengthening civic reasoning, independent judgment, and self-directed learning. This website provides information about the educational and political advisory services I offer, along with an archive of my private newsletter, Griffin’s Offsite.

My mission is to equip students, adults, and emerging leaders with the tools to reason effectively, pursue the paths laid out before them, and to meet any unexpected challenges that lie ahead.

I graduated from SUNY New Paltz in 2020, leaving with a B.S. in Social Studies Adolescence Education. This December 2025, I will receive my Ed.M in Social Studies Education with a B.A in History from SUNY Buffalo. I currently hold a valid New York State teaching license, and have five years of experience through classroom teaching and 1-on-1 instruction with at-risk students.

Beyond the classroom, I began my political career over a decade ago while I was still in high school. I started by volunteering for local Republican and Democratic campaigns across Orange and Sullivan County, New York. These experiences led to unexpected mentorship opportunities which, over time, developed into a sharp political intuition and proven data-driven strategies. I now apply these skills as an active campaign manager.

Uncertain times lie ahead, and success will only belong to those who can reason and lead. For any general inquiries, I invite you to reach out to me at contact@griffinmajor.com
